Khelas (khelas.net) is an online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute the agreement between Khelas and its members. By accessing the platform, registering, or using any of its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

Each individual may only register one account. If the same person is found to have opened multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited. As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, you may be asked to submit a national ID or passport.

• Harassment of other members or Khelas staff
• Submitting false information or forged documents

Khelas reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and for any reason, particularly in cases of rule violations. Where no violation has occurred and a balance is present, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw funds before the account is closed.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

• Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours
• A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts after 12 months

Khelas is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service disruptions caused by technical issues, internet outages, or other unforeseen circumstances. That said, Khelas makes every effort to maintain uninterrupted service at all times.

Any financial losses from betting are entirely your own responsibility. Khelas does not guarantee winnings of any kind. Betting is a form of entertainment — never wager more than you can afford to lose.
